We had another great Women’s Defensive Tactics training at Tactical Shepherd in Rising Sun, MD. A main point we like to drive home in self-defense training is to determine when to take action, and when you do, turn it on as strong as you can by going for weak points.
These ladies brought straight fire to every single drill we through at them. Keep an eye out for future self-defense training for women in partnership with Tactical Shepherd.
